U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has notified current Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) participants that Phase II of C-TPAT Portal 2.0 will be deployed in late May 2015. Phase I of 2.0 has been rife with problems since it was launched last year. Portal 2.0 Phase II will correct many of the error messages and glitches that users experienced in Portal 2.0 Phase I.
