1. FDA Regulation of LED Products Question: Does FDA regulate LED products? Is more information available on the new FD2 flagging of some HTS codes?
Answer: Yes, FDA regulates LED products. The FD flag change does not change FDA’s requirements regarding LED products. 3. Changes to ATF Document Submission Question: May ATF Forms 6 and 6A be submitted electronically in ACE via the Document Image System (DIS)?
Answer: No, importers filing ATF information electronically through ACE are required to use the PGA Message Set. DIS images of ATF Forms, including Form 6 and 6A, will no longer be accepted.
